SHORT BIO:
Maximum Waller graduated from the Spears School of Business in 2021 with degrees in Finance and Accounting. He was recognized as a Senior of Significance, an Outstanding Senior, and Sigma Nu’s National Scholar of the Year.
While in school, Maximum co-founded a software company alongside his brother, Christian Waller, serving county sheriff offices across Oklahoma. The company remains in operation today.
Following graduation, Maximum moved to Houston to begin his career in investment banking at Silvercliff Partners and later RBC Capital Markets before transitioning to The Capstreet Group, where he focuses on software and industrial private equity investing.
He remains actively involved with Oklahoma State through leading Spearhead Scholars, an alumni-led initiative focused on placing more OSU students into high finance roles, which he believes provide world class training and open doors to a wide range of career paths.
This summer, Maximum, his wife Nicole, and their dog Winnie will relocate to Boston as he begins his MBA at Harvard Business School. During and after business school, he plans to focus on building successful software and tech enabled services companies back in the heartland.
FAVORITE MEMORY as an ACTIVE:
One of my favorite memories was our pledge class trip to Lexington, Virginia to visit Sigma Nu Headquarters and VMI. I vividly remember how perfect that fall weekend was. The weather was immaculate and everything just felt special. Staying together in the bunkhouse, laughing nonstop, and building bonds that would last far beyond college is something I will never forget.
I also loved when we had Koe Wetzel come perform for Frontier Ball. It was an incredible experience and one of those traditions that makes OSU special, especially getting to celebrate alongside our AGR friends around the corner.
Beyond those moments, I have always appreciated Sigma Nu’s balance of pushing us to excel academically, serve through philanthropy, and still fully enjoy our time on campus. From Admiral to 51, I will forever cherish my time with all of my EE brothers. I truly believe our alumni base is second to none. Sigma Nu has been a massive blessing in my life, and I will forever be grateful.
